More apocalypse, less angst
Love this little scarf/shawlette – made from leftover yarn from the Raincoast Juliana. Started on the 29th of December, finished January 1st to mark the new year (and the fact I am bed-ridden due to a cold and thus had lots of time yesterday). Since I’m also home today I’m reading for the start of my course next week, as well as starting another one of these quick beauties for a swap-gift.
I had all sorts of ambition to start sewing a new coat on New Year’s Day – but, illness made small things infinitely more desirable than spending hours on the floor pinning patterns and cutting fabric. I’m aiming for a creatively productive 2013, and so pleased to start off with a finished item – illness or no!
