   Seriously, this is screwed up. But if it keeps these dolts out of the beer aisle at the 7-11 or away from their long-suffering spouses or off the freeways, then maybe there’s some use in having them puffing out their chests up there where they can be easily ignored.

   Of course, the price of BC bud will probably go up here in the states.
