Solstice Reminder.

Working like mad at the moment, there will be no time for posts between now and Friday – but just wanted to remind y’all that I’m having a Solstice Party this Friday starting at around 6:30 or 7. Potluck, bring candles to light the longest night of the year etc. etc. You know the drill, it’s a party at Meg’s house 🙂

And it promises to be a good one to kick off the holiday season. See you all there.

You know, I was thinking of having a solstice party myself, but then I remembered Sunday marks the beginning of Seinfeldian Festivus, so maybe I’ll combine the two 🙂

Nice blog! I found you doing a search for “phosphorescent ocean” because I’m writing a book, see, and I needed to know a little more about those little green buggers. So anyway, your PO post gave me what I was looking for. Thanks!

You know, oddly – that phospheresence post from ages ago is the most searched post on my site. Makes me think that I should post more often on marine life…. though my post on basking sharks never attained the popularity of phospheresence 🙂
